Send us a device list or use the price check on our homepage. You will receive a non-binding offer within 48 hours on average. Once you accept, our own insured logistics team collects the devices. At goods receipt, every device is recorded by serial number and checked, then all data is erased in a certified process. You follow the status in the customer portal.

The buyback price is based on the current market value of your devices and is determined using our database. The valuation takes into account device type, manufacturer, configuration, condition, quantity and current demand. That is why there are no flat rates – instead you get an individual, non-binding offer. At the same time, buying back usable devices lowers your disposal costs.

All storage media are erased in compliance with BSI using Blancco erasure software, and every erasure is logged. You receive proof for every single device. Storage media that cannot be erased are destroyed in a certified process according to DIN 66399. Only then do devices go into refurbishment and remarketing.
