Your devices travel directly to Schwäbisch Hall, GPS-monitored and without intermediate storage. The vehicle is only opened on our secured premises, following the four-eyes principle and with a report.
On our secured company premises, your hardware is unloaded into our warehouse under video surveillance.

Registration and neutralization
Registered. And thoroughly searched.
We register every device with its serial number and your asset IDs, reconcile the quantities, search for every storage medium and neutralize the devices immediately after goods receipt.
Additionally installed hard drives, SIM cards or memory cards in carrying cases are also found and listed.

Data Erasure
Certified data erasure
Erased. With a certificate for every device.
We erase your data with Blancco software in a BSI-compliant and audit-proof manner, and you receive a digitally signed erasure certificate for every single device.
Hidden areas (DCO, HPA) and remapped sectors are also detected and erased.
Among other things, the certificate states the erasure duration, the erasure algorithm and the number of overwrites.
We use green electricity for data erasure, with around 100 kWp of solar power from our own production.
We can erase and process more than 1,000 devices a day.

Data carrier destruction
Not erasable? Then destroyed.
If a data carrier cannot be erased in an audit-proof manner for technical reasons, we shred it in-house after consulting you, in accordance with DIN 66399, level H5/E5. You receive a destruction certificate.
No data carrier leaves our company building unerased or unneutralized.
Destruction takes place exclusively in our secured in-house facilities, under video surveillance around the clock. There is no transport to external locations.
We then separate the materials properly.

Audit & Reports
Auditing
Inspected. Every defect in the report.
During auditing, we read out all device data, carry out technical and visual inspections, classify the device and list any defects found in the audit report.
On request, we document defects with images.
All devices are recorded with their configuration data, which can be fed back into your asset management.

In the customer portal, you can track your order in real time and find erasure certificates, destruction reports and the audit report. You receive your cashback after invoicing or by credit note.
Your cashback depends on the age, condition and configuration of your devices.
We store project data for at least ten years.
You exchange documents securely via HTTPS encryption.

Our refurbishment specialists clean and disinfect the device, replace or upgrade components as required, install current software and check it rigorously before it leaves our premises.
We have already successfully refurbished more than 180,000 devices.

Remarketing & Disposal
Remarketing and recycling
Back into the cycle.
We market refurbished hardware via established channels such as our flagship store and our online shop. Whatever can no longer be marketed is recycled by our certified recycling partner.
Our recovery rate in 2025 was 93.0%.
As a certified specialist waste management company, we document disposal in accordance with the German Circular Economy Act, suitable for your CSR or ESG reporting.
